Delano first established himself in the early '90s, directing music videos for artists such as Take That, Lenny Kravitz, Simply Red, T-Spoon and many other European artists.

He has directed films for Nike, Jimmy Choo, Gap, Zegna, Heineken, Puma, Deutsche Bank, Paco Rabanne, Mercedes Benz and many more.

His work has been nominated for, and awarded at the Cannes Lions, Art Director's Club Netherlands (ADCN), Creative Belgium Awards (CBA), MTV VMAs, Viva Awards, Eurobest, Ciclope, The One Show, TMF Awards, and the MTV EVMA.

His 2021 short film The Colour of Spinach was selected for the Berlin Fashion Film Festival and the Buenos Aires Fashion Film Festival, and received additional selections and nominations at Shortcutz and the Sarajevo Fashion Film Festival. At the 2024 Creative Belgium Awards, his film The Road won Silver, following earlier shortlistings at Ciclope, Eurobest, and The One Show.

In 2022 he had his first solo exhibition in Belgium, showing photographs and video installations at the Apex Gallery. In March 2023 he was part of a group show by Breedlijn Collective in Antwerp.

He founded Murmur in 2022. Driven by a deep fascination with human behaviour, his protagonists often inhabit the edges of their own sanity — an ongoing exploration of what it means to be human, and the place where he believes the most compelling stories unfold.

Leah Culton Gonzalez is an award-winning Producer and Production Executive with over three decades of experience shaping some of the entertainment industry's most iconic projects. Before joining Murmur, Leah built and led production and post departments at Matador Content (a Boat Rocker Company) and Original Media (later acquired by Endemol) in both New York and Los Angeles.

Throughout her career, Leah has been instrumental in developing and delivering numerous hit series, including the cultural sensation Lip Sync Battle (Paramount), the high-octane Storm Chasers (Discovery), the boundary-pushing Ink Master (Spike), the iconic Unplugged (MTV/VH1) and the Emmy-winning Downey's Dream Cars (Discovery).

Her pioneering work in the premium documentary and film space speaks for itself, with standout Executive Producer credits such as Nonnas (Netflix), Pretty Baby: Brooke Shields (Hulu), This is the Tom Green Documentary (Amazon), and the critically acclaimed Banksy Does New York (HBO). Leah most recently completed and delivered the highly anticipated three-part series Sneaker Wars: Adidas v. Puma for Disney+.

In addition to her TV and Film success, Leah has made her mark in cross-advertising and product placement, serving as the Production Executive across multiple branded collaborations throughout her years in the industry.

With extensive experience in all forms of production, and a keen eye for content sales and development across multiple platforms, Leah is instrumental in taking projects from initial concept to polished delivery.

Saskia van Gulick brings more than 18 years of international experience across digital and linear media, with a strong focus on commercial strategy, brand positioning, and business development. Throughout her career, as a VP at RTL Group and Viacom, she has worked across EMEA markets including Northern Europe, the Baltics, Germany, and the UAE, partnering with both ambitious challengers and established market leaders.

She has held senior leadership roles overseeing commercial strategy and growth, managing diverse, high-performing teams and building long-term relationships with key clients and partners across Europe. Known for her strategic clarity and hands-on approach, Saskia has consistently delivered strong commercial results and sustainable growth.

In 2024, she founded Your Second Opinion, an independent media consultancy created to give brands and businesses a clear, honest perspective on strategy, investments, and execution.

As a branding, commercial, and business partner at Murmur, Saskia connects creative ambition with commercial reality. She works at the intersection of content, brand strategy, and revenue models, helping productions, partners, and brands build meaningful collaborations that make sense creatively and commercially.

With an independent network across 25 countries and experience in more than 100 projects, Saskia brings perspective, structure, and opportunity to creative businesses looking to grow, partner, and position themselves internationally.

Dukker

Felix Dukker is a producer driven by an enduring fascination for visual storytelling and the emotional impact of cinema.

After graduating at Zoomvliet in Audio Visual specialization with honours in 2019, he had internships at ACNE Berlin, Smarthouse Amsterdam, and Geronimo Antwerp. His journey through different departments taught him the mechanics of filmmaking.

He went on to produce shorts, documentaries, and commercials in the collective Rauwkost Film — including the films Speaking about Pink, Alles wat boven Komt (NTR), Toen ik klein was, was ik niet bang (HUMAN), Queen of Dying, Mijn Moeder wil niet meer leven (HUMAN), and Zoals ik mijzelf nooit gezien zag (NTR). As a line-producer he produced the theatrical arthouse road movie Porte Bagage in 2024.

In 2022, he joined Murmur as a producer. The Colour of Spinach was selected at the Berlin Fashion Film Festival and the Buenos Aires Fashion Film Festival, and received additional selections and nominations at Shortcutz and the Sarajevo Fashion Film Festival. The Road, an awareness campaign, won Silver at the 2023 CBA award.

Known for his enthusiastic spirit and collaborative mindset, he thrives on forming meaningful connections, whether on set or within the wider film community. What excites him most is bringing inspiring people together and helping ambitious ideas become unforgettable cinematic experiences.
